I did a tour of the nests in Oak Bay with my birding partner on June 27th. It was very difficult to see the Willows Beach nest due to so many leaves on the nest tree but we did find one vantage point that provided some views when the branches weren't blowing 
There are definitely 2 beautiful big eaglets in the nest and they were being fed by one of the adults.

Willows Beach Eagles June 27th cont'd.
With a lot of patience I was able to capture both eaglets sitting up in the nest.
Both adults were perched at the side of the nest after the feeding was finished.

Victoria Golf Course Eagles, June 27th.
When we arrived at the golf course we spotted one of the eaglets perched on a branch beside the nest.
The eaglet hopped into the nest and jumped up and down, flapping its wings.

The eaglet was very active, jumping and flapping its wings. I caught glimpses
of the top of the head of the 2nd eaglet at the back of the nest.
The eaglet got a lot of height on this jump!

Very poor quality of these photos
The lighting was terrible.
The eaglet made it back to the branch beside the nest.

Sylvan Lane Eagles June 27th.
The eagles did not nest in their usual nest on Sylvan Lane this season. Could certainly be due to the demolition of a house up the lane and future construction project. The eagles have built a new nest on the next street over; it is quite small yet and it will be very interesting to see if they continue to build it and nest there next season.

My birding partner and I visited the nest site in the morning of June 27th. We saw one of the eaglets perched above the nest and the 2nd eaglet was lying down in the nest.

I did a tour of the nests in Oak Bay on July 9th with my birding partner. It was very quiet at the Golf Course nest site; we did not hear or see any adults or eaglets. We are assuming both eaglets fledged!

I visited the Willows Beach nest site with my birding partner on July 9th.
With the trees fully leafed out, it is very difficult to see the nest now,
especially if it is a windy day.
One of the adults was in the nest feeding an eaglet.
One of the eaglets had fledged and we spotted it in a nearby tree amongst
the swaying branches.
I took this photo of the fledged eaglet from the beach below the stand of trees.

I visited the Lansdowne-Beach Dr. nest site with my birding partner on July 9th. One of the eaglets had already fledged and was reported to be with one of the parents down the road on the snag by the yacht club.
