Well - lots of 'wingersizing' going on today - the eaglets are getting very big. And Pa just flew in with food a little while ago. He looks a bit thin to me - I think he's been working very hard for these two young ones.
Still no sight of the mystery eagle. Otherwise, all is good.

Thanks so much Eastvan Girl! It is hard bringing up two eaglets on your own ... Pa is amazing ~ :rh: I do hope Pa is eating also!

If that mystery eagle really wants to impress Pa I suggest she deliver a gift of food to him. It can even be away from the nest. :D
Thank you for the reassurance Christine, albeit with some concern for Pa. :rh: Gotta love the guy.

Hi Everyone,
Well one the juniors has been branching today. It was on a branch higher than the nest, and doing quite a lot of wing flapping - good to see that. Pa was on his branch while this was going on, and I couldn't see the other junior, it must have been down in the nest.

Just went to the nest and wish I'd brought my camera. Both eaglets were branching - they looked so great. Flapping their wings and getting around. Pa was in the nest. All is well with this threesome!!
