 Hi everyone

Yesterday was a busy day again for the Hastings eagles.
Both eagles were working on the nest in the rainy afternoon.
The nest is getting bigger and bigger.
I hope this time the nest will last. :luck:
I have seen a video of one of the Hastings eagle getting a branch from a tree where Canuck lives and flying back with it in the direction of the Hastings parking lot.
That is the second time I have seen them getting branches from further away. :rh: :rh:

Stan and I went by the nest just before sunset at about 4:45 pm.
Ma was working in the nest and we saw Pa flying in with a branch.
He then found a place for it and sat himself on a branch right over the nest
looking at his handiwork for a few minutes. :thumlft:
After that he flew over to the park and we lost sight of him.
Ma stayed behind. She looked pleased and was working steadily.
The nest looks great and so does the Hastings pair with their new shiny feathers. :eag: :eag:
I will try to get a picture taken on the weekend. :vid:

From JudyB:
ANNOUNCEMENT
Hi everyone! We've done some work on the forum over the last couple of days which unfortunately made it harder for some people to log in and stay logged in. We think we've found and fixed the problem, but it may require folks to delete their browser cookies in order to log in.

We're still working on this, but have instructions for deleting cookies for several popular browsers here - viewtopic.php?f=2&t=13&p=148341#p148341 - and you can probably find the method for other browsers on the internet - and we hope to add more tomorrow.

If you have any additional suggestions or would be willing to write instructions for one of the other browsers, please let me know!

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but the work we've done will keep the forum more stable and hopefully more accessible.

If you can log in and post, if you have any questions or can help with additional instructions, please post on the Report Cams Down and Forum Errors thread in the Technical Help area.

If you cannot log in and post, please email me at [email protected]

Thanks!

Wow, your Hastings couple has certainly built a big nest in their new spot. I hope it is secure and that the branches stay solid for them! I was looking in the evergreen trees last time driving down Hastings. Now I shall change the direction of my nest spotting.

Hello everyone, (aka sctth4] been watching some pretty sloppy shift changes. My view is about 60% of what it was but still not bad.
