About 8:30 pm today July 5, I just watched one of the young beautiful chicks wingersizing (getting ready) and then Harriet flew backwards to go up on the perch. They fill the nest and look so beautiful. Earlier Harriet was feeding them, making sure each one got enough. It's fun to see......

There was a very good feeding with one parent on guard and the other feeding all three and themself. They huddled closely and watched how it was done so i believe instruction was going on. (See, tear here and you have a good piece) The other parent was watchful in every direction. It's a pretty day there in Montana, clear and quiet. One of the chicks had to reposition three times to get in the right spot.

Clasic "mumbrella" pose at 1:52PM nest time. All three are tucked in, the two on the left look like one! They are getting too big to get much shade.

Yesterday, I saw flap hopping. Today, I saw one already on the perch and another helicoptering just before fledging.

Oh so fantastic, the season seems to have flown by and now they fly too,
lucky osprey.
Go with love and get lots of fish dear ones.
I am sure they will be around for a while.

Yesterday I took a glance at Dunrovin nest cam - I cannot always get it but this time I did. I saw both parents on the nest waiting, and when checking back saw all three chicks coming in for a feeding from their flying. It is looking good. Bravo....
