Dad out and about

5:55pm - Mom looks up from preening, calls softly, then back to preening

6:02pm - Mom does 'the look'
6:10pm - continues on west side branch

6:23pm - Mom on the nest
6:32pm - she flies off

6:35pm - Dad on the nest
6:36pm - flies off

9:39pm - checking replay, no eagles seen since previous post

DID YOU REMEMBER TO SPRING YOUR CLOCKS FORWARD?

Good morning, everyone, and thanks for starting the day here, nightowl! Clocks have been set - and not all cams updated automatically, so if you see one that's off, please let me know.

I think this was around 8:38 am - one of the adults was in the nest when the other arrived with a BIG stick, and wandered around trying to figure where to put it!

The other adult eventually went up to a branch until the job was done!


It's now 8:54 am, and the nest is again empty.

It's been a busy morning building up the rails and bowl with new material brought in
9:21am another large stick- scap
9:35am more grass.
9:55am Dad arrived to join Mom on side branches. Lots of trilling , thought they would mate however Dad soon flew off.
10:01am Dad returns with more nest material and off again and lands on OT.
One juvie on south tree. No other eagles seen in area.
10:14am. North bound train and gulls on the beach.
10:17am See that Dad is gone from OT now.
10:36am found him on west short tree. last scap

10:59am - Mom rose, moved to west side branch

11:05am Dad returned and takes his turn inspecting the bowl for fit.

11:09am - Dad on the nest, after testing nest bowl
11:12am - Mom continues of side branch

11:15am - both watching the scene, Mom starts trilling
Dad joins in, then both quiet
