9:37am - it looks like Mom and Dad will need to mow the lawn when they return

I would think this is one of our pair or the 5 year old that was hanging around in Aug after our pair left, as todays eagle checked out nest, usual west tree perch, FP lower branch, OT lower branch, and Pond.
3:45pm adult fies off nest tree. Only shadow seen on CU cam, seemed to come from north branch ( off screen)
flew to west tall tree.
3:56pm. Flew to lower branch of old nest tree.
4:00pm. Flew to pond perch branch.
4:01pm.Moved to pond.
4:02pm. flew to lower branch of FP tree.

Wonderful to see an eagle in the area = happy you caught that, Dduckies!

Unfortunately the maintenance team had been hoping to try again on the replacement of the South/Bluff cam, and cleaning/adjustment of the WA cam - but found an eagle in the south/artificial nest when they arrived, and didn't want to risk scaring what might be or become one of the resident eagles here, so they have chosen to not do that work at this point - and I have doubts about finding another time when we're sure enough that there's not an eagle around for it to happen this fall.

But there is some good news - Ken now has a working line for the WA cam, so that is streaming again (though not cleaned or adjusted). The embedded cam was going down a lot, and probably will be until Ken gets back and can reboot the Wowza - but it is back!
