I was just doing a quick check of the cams - and I found this - wow!

And I see we have a zoomer - busy with something, so I'll check back later to see if there's more to the story.

Hi Judy, it was me on the cams logging in quickly to catch this lovely Great Blue Heron visiting the nest.

What a beauty!

More of the Great Blue Heron perched on the rails earlier before sundown.

Lovely pictures, CC - I suspected it was you when I saw the cam move.

Mission cams are streaming again, with thanks to the folks at GLS.

There were some little birds visiting when I logged in to check the cams, but they quickly left so all I got was this:

Mission West cam is streaming again, and I've reported that Mission East is frozen.

From my cam check - a baseline picture of the nest so from the West cam so we can see if there are any changes over time, and a couple of additional pictures of the little birds who have been visiting the perches. You may need to click bigger to see the bird on the nearest perch - they blend in quite well. :)

3:56 pm -
Logging into the east cam quickly to see who is doing the calling - not an eagle, but I'm curious.

Handsome little birds - didn't see them calling, but not hearing the calls when I mute the cam.

Cam is back to the usual position, and I've logged out.

Quite a gathering of crows this morning - it may just be me, but I think they're waiting for the coffee truck to show up! :%:

West cam was offline - big thanks to GLS for getting thing streaming again.

The view would be better with eagles, but I love the clouds against the mountains.

While I was checking the cams this morning, I noticed there seemed to be lots of birds out on the river, so I took a quick look.

I didn't take a wide shot, but there were quite a few dots on the river!
