One flew off and returned with a branch - promising!

I'm logged in on the cam and not good at trying to get s'caps while following them, so will try for better pictures later.

Fun "dance with stick" routine around 12:47pm.


They arrived at 12:33:50, and flew off, one after the other, at 12:52, heading to the right.

Adding a few more pictures from the visit:

Closer look at the one who appears smaller so maybe male?

The smaller one spent some time exploring the area under the nest - lots of fog/condensation on the cam so hard to get good pictures of him(?) down there.

Moving sticks around.

I've recorded the whole 19+ minute visit, but it's been a long day and I need to rest. I think tomorrow should be less hectic, so with luck I'll be able to add a video (or maybe 2) tomorrow.

If someone else has time and energy to do that - that would be great! If not - I'll post something tomorrow.

Adult in, possibly with a stick.

Did a bit of calling.

Rubbed beak on tree, then looked around briefly.

Tried to move one of the big branches on the edge of the nest.

And flew off at 4:36 pm.
