Louis brought Iris a fish, she took it, then brought it back for Louis, he ate a little, then gave it back to her.
Currently Louis on nest with stick, Iris on perch.

Beautiful posts Bev, and updates...thank you. Just an observation....Isn't it amazing the difference in the nest from now to last week? Look at all the sticks, defined cup, as well as railings. They are incredible ospreys. (I am a bit under the weather....hope to get back to myself soon).

It is absolutely gorgeous there tonight. Both Louis and Iris are on the perch and the "golden glow" time of night is occurring. It is unbelievably beautiful.
Peaceful and quiet,
after the visit from another osprey,
peaceful and quiet,
sit on the perch, just be.

Thank you Bev and Carolyn. Seems like this time of the year colds and flu get passed around.
First thing came to my mind when i saw your scaps and updates Bev is the nest is accumulating more sticks
Chuckled when i read your post mentioning the same Carolyn. Sure hope the female intruder gets the message to stay away.
