8:20pm.....Brit is standing in a protective mode............Cannot see where Rey is but is suspect he is back up top. That is a good place to see everything around the area while being close enough to protect the nest.

Yes, it was so sudden.............these things do sometimes happen at dusk. I've had it happen before at other nests. Hopefully this stranger eagle will be on its way and we won't see h/h again.

2033 - Brit has been dozing and watching after Rey. The Egg is visible to her lower right.

Crap we went out for dinner , saw the posts that’s a surprise that we don’t want all the nights no intruder first night with our egg and our pair is at battle ….. great to see Rey come to the nest

9:40 it looks calm of course one of the only nights I am not at home as I can just go walk the area to spot rey .... did a zoom on south cam ... cant see rey but you know hes close .... keep mom and egg safe Rey we know you can do it !!

She has not provided any real coverage to the egg since the earlier incident, but I have been told that can be normal.
