1:36 pm in rollback, SF brings in what looks like a piece of roadkill and begins to eat.

1:41 pm in rollback, SF finished that small piece of what may have been "roadkill." Flew after a few minutes of moving a stick and watching.

3:01 pm in rollback, SM brings in a long wonky stick and fights with it to get it to the rail. Could see the notch in the feather.

3:01 pm in rollback, thought maybe SM might lose the stick overboard but it stuck. Finally SM gives up and hops to the upper branch.

4:12pm....Too bad we cannot get any closer to the bay.....I can see lots of birds down there and a couple large ones flying past. Possibly eagles on the move.

4:50pm........Our adults have not shown themselves yet. If they do not come to the nest soon I will have to leave and check the rollback later. :dunno:

4:58pm.....Well, I don't see them yet. They are not on the tree night perch. And I don't see anyone in the distant evergreen either. I have to go now but can check the rollback later. It is quite likely that at least one of them will show up in the nest after I leave. :grlol;

OFF cams.

Thanks Lynne! That was SF.........she has these faded back feathers. I checked the nest tree perch but they are not there so they likely are in the distant evergreen again tonight.

7:05 am both are in the nest and going to log into both cams. Just realized the north cam is frozen. Will make a report.
