I will do a visit tonight , nice evening for a walk
Thanks, youngrichone! I think it was October 9 before they returned last year - but now that they have raised chicks who sort of trampled everything in the nest, perhaps they will be back a bit earlier to begin getting ready to do it all over again.

Looks good to me as well, and as Jean said, you're the one who's local.

Thanks again for doing this.

youngrichone,

The place on the gate looks great to me as well. Thank you so much for such an inspiring tribute to our sweet Tyr..
I would still like to donate towards Tyr's plague .

Thanks, youngrichone. This place for Tyr's plaque looks good to me too. Appreciate you taking care of this.

Also thoughts on what we want it to say , I was going to get it soon ,
I was thinking small eagle silhouette engraving , the date of birth or nest year , and small note of some sort ?

Example “ your wings were ready but our hearts were not “

Your guys feedback would be great ,

youngrichone,

Your quote is exactly what I was thinking the other day while pondering on the plaque ..To me it says it all , Tyr was tired, His soul was tired and his wings were ready to be free and pass into the wonderous heavens above , spread his wings and soar forever free..
Yet, our hearts were not ready ... How they can impact our own souls and the impact on our hearts for forever more..

Your wings were ready, But our Hearts were not!

Youngrichone, please let us know the price of the plaque and how to make the donation. The place you pick will be perfect and I think your words are perfect too. Thanks for doing this.

Youngrichone that is a beautiful quote for the plaque, thank you so much for putting this idea to life. I think the gate is a lovely place for Tyr’s tribute. Another idea would be placing it on the nest tree trunk itself? Though perhaps that would not be allowed?
Thank you also for the video updates! I live downtown Vancouver, I will pay the nest tree a visit soon ❤️

Thanks again, youngrichone, for leading the way. May I add a suggestion to what you have already proposed?
