Also thoughts on what we want it to say , I was going to get it soon ,
I was thinking small eagle silhouette engraving , the date of birth or nest year , and small note of some sort ?

Your quote is exactly what I was thinking the other day while pondering on the plaque ..To me it says it all , Tyr was tired, His soul was tired and his wings were ready to be free and pass into the wonderous heavens above , spread his wings and soar forever free..
Yet, our hearts were not ready ... How they can impact our own souls and the impact on our hearts for forever more..

Youngrichone that is a beautiful quote for the plaque, thank you so much for putting this idea to life. I think the gate is a lovely place for Tyr’s tribute. Another idea would be placing it on the nest tree trunk itself? Though perhaps that would not be allowed?
