8:32 am in rollback, SF pops in for a minute. Looks like she has been in the mud as her feet are really dirty.

12:56pm.........Good afternoon SR friends! Beautiful s'caps this morning Sandy of this pair......and it was really neat to see one perching up higher in the tree.

The wind is bitterly cold today here..........possible winter weather beginning later tomorrow with a chance of snow. We shall see.

12:50 pm Only one short visit (one and a half minutes at 8:31 am) since SandyW posted. Eagle flew in with some soft stuff for the nest bowl - moved it around and then did some S&L before leaving!

(Not sure which one but probably SF or SM! :%: )
:vid: A quick visit to work on the nest- North and South cams (2:01)

I see we were posting at the same time Sandy! :D Hi Jean You're right! That wind is Arctic! :w00t:

It looks as if all the embedded cams just went down - maybe a computer issue at Ken's place.

And looking back - I don't think I've ever seen an eagle try to perch on that little branch above/behind the cam:

Here's Sandy's s'cap from this morning of the event:

So glad you caught that, Sandy - and thank you, Jean, gemini, and Sandy, for the great coverage here!
