4:42pm.....Looks like a good feeding.....one let is getting more than the other but that will likely even out once this one gets full.

4:43pm.....Brit is offering long bones but the eaglet cannot manage that yet so hasn't swallowed any.

4:45pm....Lots of food for both eaglets! And it is great to see no aggression between them either!

4:45 pm
More bites for the larger one beside Mom Brit now.
Great zooming - and look at those crops!
And smaller one just went after larger one, who backed away from the feeding - but they both have plenty of food for now, and there still appears to be quite a bit left on the food item.
4:51 pm
Both chicks moved to the shade to sleep for a little while.
And I am out for a while now - just so hard to leave.

4:55pm....I was too optimistic about the aggression......little eaglet pushed big eaglet across the nest.

4:58pm...Adult has arrived in the nest to have some of the food. Eaglets have shuffled off to the side. Guessing this is Brit, but its just a guess as they seem to have lost the markers I usually use.

5:01pm...Finally a good look at her front....yes this is Brit.
Eaglets are napping now......full crops. Brit is on the nest. Don't know where Rey is. All is well.
OFF cams.

2110 - Rey is in the nest. He must have landed not long ago because the nest was empty when I last looked when I got home 10 mins ago.

from the rollback.
The chicks were napping while Brit watched over them for the most part since Jean's last update.
1824 -The larger chick is carefully making his/her way up and closer to mom and the food, to avoid possible aggression from their feisty smaller sibling. It took a few minutes to make it. They had a nice meal.
I'm going to call it a night. I'm having some connection issues. Brit left at some point and then Rey took over, eventually.
Stay safe Eagles!

Good morning, everyone! nightowl!
SR7 is 27 days old - SR8 is 26 days old
Everything looked peaceful during the night on a very quick look back on the dvr.
The adult (I think Brit but didn't watch long enough to be sure) flew off at 4:43 am.
It's now 5:20 am, and the chicks are sleeping on the nest.
Time for coffee....

5:27 pm in rollback from last night. Brit comes to the nest with a wad of grass and settles in for a quiet night with her little ones.

5:29 am Brit is back to the nest. She is vocalizing. The larger eaglet has a PS.
5:30 am logging into both cams.“Eagles: When they walk, they stumble. They are not what one would call graceful. They were not designed to walk. They fly. And when they fly, oh, how they fly, so free, so graceful. They see from the sky what we never see.” – Unknown
