Hi everyone! What beautiful pictures of the new male - great job zooming and capturing so many beautiful images, CC!

I apologize for not being around today - Charlie and I had decided that it's time to update some of our tech stuff, so I spent part of the day picking up the new "smart" TV that we ordered online yesterday, and then installing the new equipment we got from our cable provider so we'll actually be able to watch the new TV using WiFi - which I know many of you have been doing for years, but we've had a cable and a converter box for each of the TVs. The new TV is still in its box, but after several hours of rearranging things in our kitchen, we now have our choice of WiFi from two different providers, so Charlie and I will both be able to do internet-intensive things like controlling cams (me) and uploading large images (I belong to eagle cam groups on Facebook; he is very active in groups that seek out and share high res photos of old steamboats and sailing ships and images of Maine from days long gone by). And the new router will reach the other end of our apartment, where coverage was a bit sketchy with our primary service at the end of the house where our home office is.

Tomorrow we install the new television (again with some deep cleaning while we don't have to worry about disconnecting wires) - and maybe order the new, faster computer he's been needing for a couple of years.

I will try to be here a bit more tomorrow - but we do also have some family things to catch up with, so it may be a couple more days before I'm back to something close to my regular schedule.

Thank you all for your coverage here, and for all you've been doing elsewhere on the forum.

Judy, that sounds so exciting and great to be so techie. I’m still struggling with packing up shelf contents so I can put up Christmas. Guess I have too much of that but it IS my favorite season. We bought the tree last week but all my ornaments are in my storage closet behind my Dept 56 houses and Santas. Houses up, Santas next. Maybe I should just go with a 12 month Christmas theme😂😂

She woke up, preened a bit, looked around

1601 - Good afternoon SR friends. I rolled back the DVR and did not see any visits since gemini's last update.

I'm in on the Cams! Our big guy came screaming in, with more food I think! He is warning someone

He piled his food on top of the old one for the second day in a row. :D

1616 - I hear at least one other Eagle no?

Ah yes I did, Res has arrived and taken over the meal. Our male seemed pleased, watched a bit, and then flew.

Ok! so a few ins and outs. We'll show just Res here.

Poor soaked Res ate what she wanted, looked around, and then left. No Nest work and no hanging out. Clearly, she was hungry, a girl's gotta eat, and this New Male has been bringing home the bacon, but it's certainly not business as usual.

He left to let her eat, she did just that and then left at 1630.

As soon as Res left, our New Male came back to eat whatever Res left him.

He ate what he could, scratched an itch, and then flew at 1636
