2122 - The NF stood and watched for a minute or two. She seemed to be tracking her mate before she flew off.

And then she came back with a stick haha. She worked on placing that before flying at 2127

2144 - She was back in the nest! I"m going to leave it at that because I have been reporting on this visit for an hour and I have to get moving. My youngest is flying in today, haven't seen her in a year, so I've got a few errands to run but will be back before my lunchtime to report on this morning's visit

0426 - Both Eagles were in the nest. This is becoming a morning routine for them and I'm loving it!

It was a quick visit and most notable was the NM was standing in the bowl, and the NF reached under him to poke around, causing him to move behind her. He decided to give her tail a nip before flying off.

Both Eagles were gone by 0432

1308 - Hello all! I have to leave for the airport soon so I cannot stay - I can hear our Eagles calling but don't see anything yet. I will be back early evening for sure to check the DVR, but please do comment with a timestamp if you catch our busy pair at or near the nest.

Thanks so much for your coverage here, CC - sounds as if the the eagles continue to be busy.

Someone was on the nest briefly at 13:57 - maybe NF?

I thought the tail looked darker than it's looking in the s'caps - what do you think?

(Off topic - we're having a wonderful time, very busy with not much time online. :) )

from the rollback

2106 - 2113 - The NF was doing some standing and looking until flying off to the perch near the buildings (found her on the South cam) where I heard some vocals and think her mate was there as well.

0444 - Our Eagles arrived one after the other for their morning nest work.

0446 - the NM flew

The NF stood and looked until 0448, and then she flew. Very short visit.

I will be busy with family today but will check in when I can. Have a great day people and Eagles. :bye 1:

0712 - Good morning SR friends! Thanks for posting Lynne, and hello Nightowl, thanks for starting our day. Here is a look at Surrey's weather today. I'm not sure how reliable that forecast is as it turned out to be absolutely gorgeous in South Surrey and White Rock yesterday, which is where my family and I hung out yesterday. We saw a few Eagles on the beach and hanging around of course and we visited the nest but it was quiet at the time.

I'll go watch the DVR.

0443 - I found one of our Eagles on their night-time perch by the buildings, awake and ready to start their day.

0445 - She (NF I believe) left their perch and flew to the nest for some light work
