5:30 am First eagle arrived at 4:46 am and puttered around until the second eagle arrived about a minute or so later and they both moved around a few of the sticks that were scattered around the nest. Judging by the size of the second eagle the first one in was the male.

Cont'd ....

The male didn't stay long after the female arrived leaving at 4:48 am. The female did a bit of puttering in the nest bowl and some S&L then flew at 4:52 am

Cont'd ....

4:53 the male returned with a small leafy branch - he left it where he landed and moved several small twigs that were already there instead. At 4:54 as he was S&L the female arrived, landing almost on top of him.

Cont'd ....

She had a twiggy type branch with her which she placed next to the trunk on the left before finally placing it near the trunk on the right. For the next couple of minutes she poked around the nest before leaving at 4:58.

0950 - I checked the DVR back to gemini's last update but did not catch any visits. I decided to check their night-time perch by the buildings and found an Eagle having a morning nap. Not sure who this is yet.

0959 - I think our sleepy Eagle is the NF based on the sharpness of her right eyebrow and lighter feathers. I wonder if it stormed last night?

1228 - Our Eagle is still perched - not sure where their mate is, but probably not far at all.

1359 - The NF is still perched. It's sunny but quite windy in South Surrey.

Really nice to have her visible on the cam like this for so long today. No nest activity yet, but we wouldn't expect it in weather like this.

0444 - I caught a white flash flying by before one of our Eagles arrived from the north

S/he picks up small materials and puts them back down again

0445 - Another white flash from east to west before the mate arrived from the north

Based on the tail, and size, of course, I believe it was the NM in first, followed by the NF

0447 - The NF pokes around the nest bowl while the NM hops up on his higher eastern perch
