Between 1900 and 1901 Sur began to move to an upper branch because Res was landing. I got the I'D's wrong earlier I think??

1933 - well that's all folks. Darkness falls. I've left the cam on our sleeping adult. It's so wonderful to be able to watch them. :rh:

Good night all.

I am OFF both cams.

I just checked the dvr - and found eagles! They arrived on the nest one after the other at 6:51 am. I think this is Sur first.

And then Res at the top - though it is hard to tell in this light.

And Sur flew off at 6:53, showing off his upper tail so I could see the dark spot on his upper tail - about the only way I can confirm him when the cam is in grayscale.

I have seen Res's "cowlick" feather sticking up as well - and Sur is large, but Res is larger, so I am pretty sure of my IDs.

Res flew off at 6:59 am.

4:25 pm Checked the DVR back to CC398's last post but the only visitor I saw was this little fellow! I think its tail is longer than h/s is!

1846 - Res lands with a small leafy branch. They dig around a bit before flying off at 18:51. I haven't found where to yet :dunno:

She's got a bit of pep in her step haha. I bet she's happy to be reunited with Sur :rh:

11:06 pm Checked the DVR back to CC398's last post and found Sur paying one last visit before bed!

:vid: Sur giving the nest one last visit before calling it a night! - (4:04)

About 18 minutes after he left the nest, both were calling out quite loudly - a stranger venturing too close maybe!
