Good morning, everyone, and thanks for starting our day here, nightowl!
4C = 39F
Lovely colors this morning.
I checked the dvr and didn't see any activity beyond the wonderful sunrise colors.

8:15 am
Hearing calls (including crows). Logging in on South.
Someone was on the upper branches briefly.
I'm pretty sure I heard a second eagle calling; this one seemed shriller, so it may be this is the male, and the female was nearby with food, possibly taken by one of them from the crows. But that's all speculation - all I saw was a brief visit. The adult arrived at the upper branches at 8:14, and flew off at 8:16 am.
I am logged out of the cam.

8:40 am
I heard two eagles calling, both sounding very close. I logged in on both cams but didn't see anyone - am thinking they could be perched above the nest, higher than the cam can look.
I am out of both cams, and will be away from the computer for a while.

Two adults! I'm on both cams.
I think the female was eating in the nest while the male kept watch overhead.
The one in the nest went up to the little perch to clean her beak after eating - both behavior and the bit of gray on the side of the head make me think this is the female:

Female has gone up a little higher, to the slanted part of the branch.
The male has been perched higher up as seen here the whole time.
View of the female from the North cam is artistic but not useful for details.
I'm going to put the North cam back on the nest and log out of it.

A look at the female's tail:
Zooming in on the female - the male is too high for me to zoom in without the cam blurring - and we have more pictures of him because he's been around longer.

From the zoomer link - the image is smaller, but sometimes a bit sharper.

More closeups of the female - I'm noticing the reddish-brown mark on her beak and wondering if it's a normal feature I hadn't noticed before, part of her lunch, or a scratch. These are all quite similar, but angle and the light keep changing. This is as far as I can zoom in using optical zoom.

There is an option for digital zoom - but apparently it only changes the view on the control panel; here are three images of her using digital zoom at about 163%:
This is wonderful fun, but I need to get a few other things done, so I'll pull the cam back so we can see both of them, and then sign out.
12:50 pm
Both flew off. Cam is back to wide view, I'm out and away from computer.

Two adults just flew into the tree, landing fairly high up and doing some calling.
I'm going to log in on South.
2:06 - back in a couple of minutes.

I am logged in on the South cam and cam is looking at an eagle who is almost completely hidden in the in the "partly hidden upper perch" area - you might be able to see some feathers sticking out from behind the trunk on the right.
They arrived at 2:03 pm after a bit of calling, with a lovely curving flight from the right; these are cropped from full screen.
One headed up, and was higher than we can see when I took a quick look just after they arrived - that one is in the top circle here:
And the other one flew to the hidden upper perch area - and usually I can see them when they are sitting there (or at least I've found one or both there several times) - but right now it's tricky. This is the eagle arriving there:

The adult in the hidden perch area is grooming - you can see a bit of the white head on the left side of the tree, and a bit of the tail on the right side. Maybe.
I have some other things I need to do, so I'm going to put the cam back to a wider view of the upper branches and log out. I'll check in when I can.
Added -
I've circled the perch area where the visible eagle is, and added an arrow aiming at the cam.
I am out of the cams.

The second eagle joined the first one on the hidden perch at some point and there seemed to be a lot of flapping - I was on the phone and couldn't go to full screen, but will check the dvr. I did log into the South cam and zoomed in shortly afterwards, so you can find when it was by looking before the cam zoomed in.
One of the eagles left at 4:02 pm. And the other left as I was typing, at 4:15 pm.
I'll put the cam back on a wider view, and then I'm out for a while since dinner is waiting.

5:34 pm
from the dvr....
3:42 pm
The adult who had been high in the tree flew down and to the left; the other one was still on the mostly hidden perch at the middle of the screen (these pictures click quite a bit bigger).
Thirty seconds later, an adult (likely the same adult) comes flying in from the lower left.
And I wish I'd known they were planning to do this so I could have zoomed in - but it looks to me as if the one who flew in assumed an inviting posture, and the one who had been waiting there accepted the invitation and flew to her back and they bonded. Here's a picture of the one on top with wings spread for balance - and I'll have a 90-second video shortly.
This pair is new to us so we don't know if they've nested before (together or separately) - but based on what I know of other eagles in the area, I wouldn't expect eggs for at least another month, so my guess is this was part of their courtship and perhaps acceptance of each other as potential mates, rather than focused on producing eggs.
I must admit I am very curious to see what happens next.
