Good morning, everyone!

Tiku is 107 days old and has been flying for 25 days
Tucca is 106 days old and has been flying for 23 days

Thanks for checking the dvr, gemini and CC. I did hear some calls around 4:55 am, didn't listen after noting that there was still someone around this morning.

And as I was typing, one of the fledglings arrived on the nest! I've been seeing the bit of white on the back from time to time - not sure if both have them, but it's more obvious today.

And we have a zoomer - thanks, CC!

This fledgling arrived quietly and set to work eating.

A few more pictures.

He went somewhere at 8:01 - I think up to a perch. From the sounds, he may have flown off, or at least up into the tree.

CC - I'm going in on South for a minute to pull the cam back.

Added -
I'm not seeing anyone - and didn't hear any calling when he left.

8:09 am
I am out of the cam.

This is Sur

And he has a fish.

But no one is coming to claim it. He's been standing there and looking around for over 10 minutes.

I have the volume up on both embedded cams and haven't heard any calls - if either fledgling was in sight of the tree, I'd expect them to be there by now.

I am out of the cams if you want to look around, CC - I need to leave shortly.

If you don't want the cams, I'll pull South back before I leave.

We haven't seen him standing still for a month or two - as soon as the eaglets reached a certain size, he tended to drop the food and run! :mihihi:

Work and life does get in the way of eagle watching. I'll stay as long as I can, and pull the cam back when I need to leave.

It's now 8:50 and he's still there looking around. He does look at the fish occasionally, but so far I don't think he's taken a bite.

A closer look at his eyes - and then I'm gone.

It's 9:30 am and Sur is still just standing and loking around in the nest.

9:55 am He's still there - can't pick out the fish from all the garbage on the nest. However, I didn't see him eating anything so it must still be there!

The fish blends in really well, gemini - the only way I could see it was by zooming way in.

He's still there.

It's been two hours. I know Sur is a master at Standing & Looking, but still....
