Good morning, everyone, and thanks for posting the weather, Bev.

8 am
I checked the dvr back to your post, Bev, and didn't see any activity.

When I first came to my computer this morning, I noticed that the North cam did not look as crisp and clear as it had yesterday - and I checked the resolution on my computer by hovering over the window and clicking the gear icon - and saw that my computer had set the resolution fairly low:

(I normally choose Auto because I don't need a sharp image while I'm working on other things, and my internet connection isn't really made for streaming 6-8 cams while updating my Facebook page. :mihihi: )

Once I switched to 720 pixels, I was back to a clear view.

I mention this because it's the first thing to check when the image isn't that clear - and I forget to do that from time to time. :%:

10:45 pm Went back to 9:32 am - no visits until 7:21 pm when this little fellow poked his head around the trunk before skittering on up the tree a few seconds later......

Only to return again at 7:38 pm on the other side of the nest and head back up the same tree trunk again! (at least the pixelating is good for something - you can see his path across the nest!)

Good morning, everyone, and thanks for your coverage here! I'm going to be busy with non-forum things for the next few days - will stop by when I can.

I forgot to post this picture from yesterday morning - our other squirrel friend stopped by:

I checked the dvr and did not see any visits. I'll send a message to Ken about the North cam.

Good afternoon everyone, and thanks for starting our day, nightowl. :bye 1:

5:22 pm
Here are a few pictures from the South cam - I think this is smoke, not fog.

I looked back quickly 12 hours to shortly before dawn, and did not see any visits - and don't really expect to see any, unless one of the eagles really prefers his/her salmon smoked.

Good night - and stay safe.

8:45 pm checked back to JudyB's post and there were no visits. I noticed the infra red light came on at 7:32 tonight - I know the days are getting shorter but I hope it is just the smoke turning it on that early!

Good morning, everyone, and thanks for posting the weather, Bev - sounds like a scary time for everyone in the northwest. :grhug:

11:20 am
I checked the dvr back 12 hours quickly and didn't see any visits - except this, which I actually got at 7:40 when I first came in to make a post but got distracted.
20200913_001.jpg

The cameras weren't quite in sync so the squirrel is not in the same place in the two shots.

North cam is choppy - I'll send a message to Ken.
