You're welcome IE,
I thought it was humorous, the way it stared at the camera like it was saying,"Yes, you're catching my good side". ;)

Thanks for the video, Bill - it was fun to watch the owl explore the nest and try to do something with the nestovers! And I also liked the way it looked at the cam.

6 pm
I checked the dvr, and didn't see anything of interest.

I'm not expecting to see Sur or Res for a couple of weeks, but am wondering if the (maybe young) owl will come back looking for food - if you're online during the night, please look in and see who is here.

Goodnight, everyone. :offtobed:

Good morning, everyone!

7:04 am
I checked the dvr back to gemini's post and did not see any visits. There have been some squirrels exploring the tree this morning - haven't gotten a s'cap yet.

Added -

Here's the black one.

There was also a brown one who looked slightly larger.

3:30 pm Checked back to the last post and didn't see any visitors to the nest.

1:34 am Checked back to my last post and no change - but with the way the shadows play across the nest, I wouldn't guarantee that I didn't miss something!

I checked the DVR on the N Cam rather quickly and I didn't see anything unusual ... but could have missed something .

Good morning, everyone!

I also checked the dvr and did not see any visits. It's easy to miss an in and out visit - but I am pretty sure nothing as big as an eagle or an owl was there for any length of time.

Did a quick check and didn't see anything.

North was sputtering, so knowing we're more likely to see a visit after dark, I'll do a reboot.
