Just checked the dvr and didn't see any visits.

Hi folks - sorry I haven't been around much today - have a bit of a bug and am taking it easy - nothing serious, just need a bit more down time.

Checking dvr....

Both adults arrived around 12:19 and did some work on the nest.

Pretty sure it's Res in the front - saw her cowlick. They were still there at 12:37 pm (Sur on the left)

Res left a moment later, followed by Sur at 12:38 pm.


It's now 5:19 pm, and I didn't see any other visits. I'll reboot the North cam, then say goodnight.

8:20 am0 Checking DVR, Sur arrived at 7:46 with. a stick. He dropped it, poked around the nest for a bit, S&L for a bit, then left at 7:50 am.

Good morning, everyone, and I am feeling better - thanks, Bev! But I probably will still be taking it easy today.

There were a couple of visits around 5-6 pm yesterday; my husband (whose computer is in the same room as mine) reported they were both on the nest "billing and cooing" around 6 pm, and I took a quick look at the dvr when I went to make sure the cams were streaming for overnight and saw an earlier visit by at least one. Sorry I don't have more details.

7:00 am
I checked the dvr through the night and didn't see any visits, though I was looking quickly. It's now getting light, and there a squirrel wandering around the nest.

I'll reboot the north cam, which seems to be sputtering.

I love these misty morning shots - though it would be nicer with an eagle.

Sur just arrived with some fluff.

Res (on right) arrived at 9:58 am.

I'll try to be back to report more in a while.

I'm back!

From the dvr - they are so cute shaping the nest cup!

(Not sure "cute" is appropriate for a fierce and large bird of prey - but hey, I think he's cute!).


It was a quick visit - Sur left at 10:01 and Res flew off at 10:04.

It's now 12:43 pm, and I haven't seen any additional visits.
