So exciting - thank you, Marg and Bev! I can take over the cams if you're leaving Bev.

7:07 pm - I'm on South.

Not sure who this is.
20190112_002.jpg

It's been a while since I have looked at their signs. I'm not seeing the tuft of feathers on the top of the head that identifies female Res (though we don't always see it - it depends on the light) and I'm not seeing the white feathers coming down from the collar in front that identify male Sur (though those depend on the angle).

Thanks, Bev - I'll go back in on North and see what I can see. It is easier where the view screen works for me.

Really hard to get a close look on the North cam - just won't focus in this light.
20190112_003.jpg

South embedded cam is pixelating - I'm reluctant to ask Ken to reboot Wowza until he/she leaves, so will take pictures from the direct cam, even though they're smaller.
20190112_004.jpg

I hope they come back tomorrow when it's daylight and we can have a better look. Seems likely this is one of our resident pair, and my guess is that it's female Res - but hard to tell in the shadows.

She is still there

HMM.. Maybe she will spend the night ..like Dimple does on H Mills ! :)

7:37pm
No change
screenshot_02.jpg
I think i need to adjust the speed when I use the zoomer cams ..... they move too fast for me... .. :luck: I will try that sometime tomorrow !

I hate to leave Judy.. It is almost midnight here and its late for you also :huggie:

She might - but I don't think I will.... :giggle:

I'm texting Ken before I head back to bed - if he reboots Wowza maybe we'll have better images on South. I've set North to show more of the nest, and am leaving South on the eagle. Will stay a few minutes more, but fading fast. :offtobed:

Added -
According to Google, sunset was 4:38 pm - it's now 7:47 - which does seem late for her to be flying around - so maybe she is here for the night.

Just had a good shake of the feathers, then a poop shot, then turned on the branch, showing more of her(?) tail.

20190112_007.jpg

I really do need to leave now - I'm not sure which way the South cam is facing, but I should be up long before the sun comes up in BC, so I can move it back to the nest if it's looking towards the sunrise - or you can do that, Bev, with the home button in the middle of the directional arrows, or the Whole_Nest preset.

I'm logged out of both cams.

Good night, everyone! I'm going to sleep smiling tonight.
