Around 9:45 Sur brought a mouse, rat? Dee and Ess both ate well. I notice Sur's tail is clean again. :)

9:58-10:00 a.m.: I assume this is Sur perched to the side of the nest. Dee and Ess are standing in the nest.
10:10 a.m.: Dee and Ess are resting.

Morning, and great to know that Res's leg/foot seems to be improving - at least a bit!

I checked back to Beth's post and didn't see a visit from either adult since then. At the moment, both chicks are up - Ess looking out over the side of the nest, and Dee removing bits of bark from the tree trunk..

Hi everyone. Know regular posters are busy this weekend so popped in to check here; I usually perch. Rolled back to Yolande’s last post and no adults in. Only action has been the repositioning of Dee and Ess. I did catch some cute beaking between the 2.

Hi everyone. I rolled back to my post and caught a couple of feedings. Not sure which parent brought in a fish at 14:55 pm but think it was Sur. Fed the eaglets until one grabbed a big piece and was self feeding. I’m guessing but looks like Dee got the first bites and then Ess moved in.

Think this is Ess brings the fishtail over to it’s sibling but instead gobbled it down instead of sharing :mihihi:

Hi Beth, I scrolled back and saw Sur bring in what I thought was a small black bird at. Dee grabbed it and took it to the other side of the nest rails but then h/ s showed no interest and started eating fish . Ess resting on the rails showing no interest.

Dee ate most of the fish, then Ess looked at it but made no move to eat any. Looks like h/s has a full crop so not hungry I guess.

Oops - I just rebooted the North cam - and then saw you were online, gemini. If you were trying to do a video of Res's visit - I apologize. I wasn't sure if your computer was working, and knew if one of us didn't reboot tonight, no one would be able to see details of any visits in the morning.

Thank you everyone for the great coverage, today - great to see the chicks doing well, and Mom Res looking better, though still not able to put weight on that foot.

Very late in New England, so I'll say goodnight, all.

Good morning, everyone, and thanks for the pictures, Marg!

Checking the dvr....

No visits that I saw since my last post until Sur arrived at 5:05 am with something that looked like a fish head; Ess claimed it, and I think ate it all.
20190609_001.jpg

It's now 7:22 am and I did not see any additional visits.

I'm going to reboot the North cam and then will be out for the day.

Managed to get a couple of quick vids of the fish head delivery this morning but not enough battery to upload to you tube. Will try and recharge and upload later.

Good Morning everyone. Rain has stopped for a few days so I’m in the yard today; won’t be able to check in much. Also tonight I have my youngest grandkids spending the week so definitely won’t have much time until after they’re in the bed butI love having them.

Morning Kitcat, we had our kids over yesterday. Grands are grown up o no problem there..all in their 30's.
No visit that I could tell from mom or dad this morning. Dee and Ess look happy so that's the main thing.
Enjoy your day dear.
