Good morning, everyone, and thanks, nightowl!

While I was getting ready to check the dvr, I saw a fairly large bird fly out of the upper branches of the tall evergreen tree to the left of the nest - but when I went back and watched the arrival, I realized it didn't look like an eagle.

I did check the dvr, and not surprisingly, did not see any eagles - or other activity, besides the wind.

Hello SR friends! I'm aching to do some Zooming and look for Eagles but my good (and brand new) laptop is in the shop still.

I found this guy for now :D :bye 1:

I checked the dvr (and had done a quick check a couple of hours ago when I could see more of sunset/dusk) - and I didn't see any activity.

The earliest we've seen an adult return in the three years we've had the cam is September 25 - so we are getting close.

Did a quick check of the dvr, and while I've been watching - maybe geese flying by? I'm a bit fuzzy about which direction they are heading - but there seem to be quite a few of them out and about.

Good morning SR friends! The lower mainland is expected to get a little more rain today. The Nest territory looks quite lovely even with the overcast skies. My computer is finally back from the shop and I pick it up today! looking forward to Zooming again.

I did a quick rollback but did not see any visits. Soon!

Good morning, everyone! Happy to see you here, CC - and feel free to do some looking around now that your computer is back!

I also did a quick check of the dvr a little while ago, and also didn't see anyone.

BACA03 is one of our tagged adult eagles with a nest in the Surrey area (link), and he checked in from his home territory yesterday after being away since mid August - so I think it won't be long before our eagles with cams begin to return.
