This little stinker, 22, is going to pick the nest tree bare! I don't think I have seen other babies do that??

E22 is perched on the attic and makes its way to the far outer attic branch and begins to pull off the needles on the pine sprigs! The grackles are pestering E22 and perch, watch and dive bomb as E22 works on pulling the needles off. You can see the little birds peeking out from the pine as they peer at E22 and contemplate their next move lol E22 then will fly off and head to the church tree and perch and then return back to the nest tree. And once again E22 is off - place to go and things to do! Thank you for watching!

E12, our pond princess ,just had her record of 144 days before leaving broken today by her sibling E22. 22 now holds that spot with 145 days and counting!

22 is dive bombed by one of those birdies

E22 is still here at 145 days old breaking the second longest record held by E12 at 144 day old. The longest record is still held by E15 who managed to remain here 216 days and almost interfered with Harriet and M15's new breeding season causing them to begin nestorations on their alternative N2 nest in the west pasture! E22 is a long way off from matching or beating E15 though!

Coverage begins with a foggy morning at the nest and no squee squee sign of E22 like we have gotten accustomed to hearing. However, E22 flies in to the attic mid morning and is accompanied by grackles. E22 stays on the attic for eight minutes before flying off to the north but returns seven minutes later. E22 stays five more minutes before flying off squeeing and soaring across the street in a beautiful flight till out of cam view. M15 must be looking for Dad and hopefully did find him! Camera 1 at 0848 seems to have reflections of a desktop...

..hojgard the camera operators work in their homes on their own computers and maybe you were seeing that kind of reflection while somebody was getting ready to operate the cams. I can't say for sure as I have never seen anything like that before.
