Lots of action going on this morning with Mom and the New Male both bringing in some sticks. The Male attempted to bond early this morning but it was a miss and Mom nipped his legs for it. LOL

Last night one of the two eagles landed on the branching and spent the night. As the day starts here and the eagle moves to the nest and it is the Male that has spent the night

Another Season at the Duke Fars Eagles Nest comes to an end. It has been a bittersweet season for all those who watch the nest.

Two Eggs, Two beautiful eaglets who both fledged. Mom and Dad have cared for them and taught them all they can as they now make their journey on their own. Fly High You Two And Be Free As You Two Were Meant To Be. May Your Crops Always Be Full.

With happiness came sadness as Dad our long-time resident here went missing. There are no words to describe the dedication and courage Dad had over the years protecting his territory and his offspring. Your legacy will live on with over 30 fledglings you have helped bring up over the years.
