Mrs BB came to the nest too.
Took a brief rest on the snowy nest.
She went out to the exit branch for a few moments and flew off.

Hi Philjo, on facebook Irish & Marzell say:
If dad is still around, on the beach, lets wait and see.
Who knows what's going on in this family...

The eagles have been out most times of day. Juveniles seem to be more to the east end of the lake and Shadow and Mama are in the habitat and surrounding areas. I have no confirmation of identification on Papa or Stormy for about one month yet i'm certain I hear Papa in the distance near shore or to the north of where I stay most often. I also do believe Stormy could be the juvenile I've seen and taken distant photographs of at Juniper Pt. We do have positive indicators that Papa aka Mr B and Stormy are still both in town. Shadow and Mama are most definitely united and have a bond of some kind...

Hello Ferenz and Philjo. Thank you so much for posting. I don't get much of a chance to check these days.
Mrs BB arrives at the nest this evening at 4:46 pm. She takes a little rest. Shadow arrives.

Mrs BB and Shadow. Shadow left a few moments later. Flew off by the exit branch to the right.
Wishing all of you a very Happy New Year!
Mrs BB then went up on the left branch and flew off. Neither of them returned this evening.

Did you all see Mom and Stormy on the big Bear Valley float in the Rose Parade today? This photo is a bit out of focus---was from a video but I thought you might like to see it anyway

Wow! Thank you for the float picture Mary. I didn't get to see the parade.
Fresh snow on the nest this morning. No sign of Mrs BB or Shadow yet today.
