1:09 pm - our eaglet is now on the takeoff branch....Starr still on the attic branch
Re: Trio of Eagles 2018-2019
1:21 pm the fledgling is still on the takeoff branch and Starr in the attic. Sue, the tail does look like a lot of white on it so I would guess it is Peace too.

Re: Trio of Eagles 2018-2019
2:00 pm wanted to record Starr had two fledglings in the nest with one on the attic with her. My computer didn't complete a recording session so do not have the s'caps to post. Think it was Peace and Joy but not totally sure.

Re: Trio of Eagles 2018-2019
Hi Sandy! I had been recording and just logged in now to get ready to post....not sure who that 2nd eaglet was but I think they are all the way up on the roof branch as I can still hear them calling out...will post s'caps shortly.
Re: Trio of Eagles 2018-2019
1:55 pm - a 2nd eaglet comes into the nest and lands just short of the top of the nest....but caught themselves
I can't tell by the tail if this is Harmony or Joy, but they go to stand below Starr
Re: Trio of Eagles 2018-2019
1:55 pm - then up to perch next to Starr
Peace turns and flies onto the nest to play with some stick....or maybe it got caught on their talon, not sure
Re: Trio of Eagles 2018-2019
1:57 pm - Peace goes over to the stand below the attic branch and then tries to get up there too but no room, and no one was moving over so s/he just came back down
Re: Trio of Eagles 2018-2019
2:01 pm - Starr flies off
Then Harmony/Joy (whoever that is), went up to the roof
Moving all the way out to the end where we cannot see them....I did not see them fly off and believe they are still up there.
Re: Trio of Eagles 2018-2019
2:04 pm - pretty Peace looking around before s/he flies off
Re: Trio of Eagles 2018-2019
2:38 pm - I'm still hearing an eaglet calling out but not sure if it's coming from the top of the tree or not, but it is close
Re: Trio of Eagles 2018-2019
4:29 pm one of the fledglings came down from the top of the tree to enjoy wingersizing.
Sue, this maybe the one you heard earlier.“Eagles: When they walk, they stumble. They are not what one would call graceful. They were not designed to walk. They fly. And when they fly, oh, how they fly, so free, so graceful. They see from the sky what we never see.” – Unknown
Re: Trio of Eagles 2018-2019
4:31 pm not sure who this is have got a good look at the tail markings. Sure is enjoying the wind and the nest tree is really rocking. Found some leftovers too.

Re: Trio of Eagles 2018-2019
4:39 pm got a slight glimpse of the tail and think this is Joy. Going up to the attic.

4:40 pm leaning into the wind and now up to the roof. Can hear the squees. Not sure if I head Joy or another one though.
