The nest is located within the Glacier Gardens, in Juneau Alaska. Many thanks to the folks at Glacier Gardens for providing us with the opportunity to watch these eagles. These eagles successfully fledged one eaglet last season and hopefully there will be a fuzzy chick to watch this season.

Eagle Web Cam
A pair of Alaskan Bald Eagles built a nest on the Glacier Gardens property in 2004 and since then have fledged several adolescent bald eagles into the great Alaskan wild. In 2010 we set up a video camera in an adjacent tree to capture some fascinating images as the couple returns each year to raise their offspring.
Update
September 2017 – The drizzly Juneau summer didn’t hamper the eagles nest at Glacier Gardens as we watched the first successful fledgling in 3 years take flight at the end of August. The eaglet was seen perched on to several trees in the garden vicinity for about 2 weeks as it learned to fly while being fed by the parents, but it has officially flown from the area as of 09/04. As such we have discontinued the live stream due to inactivity in our camera view. While we conducted projects preventing us from promoting the camera online, specifically on YouTube, we have finalized those projects and look forward to streaming live to a larger audience in 2018. Thank you for those that visited Glacier Gardens to see the eagles, and to those able to view online while we enjoyed watching the fledging of young Justice into the Alaskan frontier.
You will find additional information on the Glacier Gardens web page. I had the pleasure of visiting the Glacier Gardens in the spring of 2005 when in Juneau on an Alaska cruise. It is a beautiful serene atmosphere in the gardens and I hope you enjoy watching this pair of bald eagles on their webcam.
