Great news for the Marsh family! Fingers crossed they can keep out of trouble this year!

Such sad news that someone deliberately weakened that nest tree in Surrey so it had to be felled. I am sure David will feel its loss. Thankfully no eaglets were in the nest at the time.

Yesterday I climbed down to the beach area the Marsh family normally frequent after fledgling has occurred but did not see nor hear any sign of eagle activity. Hopefully the gull youngster(s) in the abandoned heron nest will survive.
