Good morning Gail, Bev, Darlene, Yolande, Heather, and all who watch here.
Quiet at the empty nest - maybe today will be the start of preparation for things to come. :dunno: :luck:

Good morning everyone!

7:06 I found an adult on the south cam, perched near Pa's perch tree by the river!

Hi Darlene, I watched for a bit earlier but I was on my tablet and couldn't post. I see it got very foggy. I am trying to remember besides hearing more than 1 eagle lately when the last time we saw 2 together. It kind of makes me sad to think that is Mom sitting alone on the tree.
Also I posted a goodnight message but I don' know where it went lol 8:00 am Mar 6

Hi Heather! It's been awhile since I saw 2 eagles also. I just thought I heard eagle calls in the distance about 9:50ish but when I looked around on the south cam I couldn't find anyone!

11:00 I had a thorough look around on the south cam and there was no sight or sound of eagles. I am off the south cam.

Hi again! I have had a good look around and haven't seen or heard anything of note...

A nice day, though - no wind and no rain so far.. :)

I really don't know what to think lol :puzz: I, too, wonder if that's Mom we're seeing perched at Dad's perch by the river some mornings...

And I can't remember, either, how long it's been since we've seen two eagles together. And wonder if the two eagles were were seeing were a pair [Mom and a suitor], or a pair that is nesting elsewhere in the area - or a different scenario entirely! I'm sure there are also other possibilities ....

We will wait and see...

Thanks Yolande but it wasn't me on the N PTZ.... I was trying to find when we saw the two eagles last out front I only keep records of when we have eagles on the nest or on Mom's perch out front ..or on Mom + Dads perch close to the nest

viewtopic.php?p=260#p260

and I agree about the eagles we see in the trees they are not necessarily Mom and a new mate. ...I know this is a hard time for all on this nest but we will have to wait and see what happens here but like I said I am hopeful.. :)

2:42pm - are these new greenery sprigs in the nest or did I just not notice it before. It looks new but could have blown in I guess.
