Hi folks! I just checked the power outage page, and they're saying they expect to have the power back on by 3 pm pacific time. As you know, sometimes the cam comes right back up when power is restored - and sometimes it takes a while. I'll try to start checking the cam around then - and please feel free to send me a PM or an email if you discover the cam is up so I can restart the stream to our Live Cams page. Thanks!

I just checked the outage map, and it was updated at 3 pm to show that they estimate that the power will be on by 3 pm (it says 6 pm because it's using my local time - which I noticed because when the cam originally went down a little after 7 am pacific time, the report said it was off since 10:04 am - which wasn't possible since it was only 7:30 or thereabouts - but it makes perfect since if they're giving me the time using my computer's settings, which are in the eastern time zone, like me; Heather's post above shows pacific time).

Anyway, I tried connecting with the cam and didn't reach it - and I'll continue to try from time to time, with fingers crossed that it will be back soon.

Cam is back and I've restarted the stream so it's on our Live Cams page and YouTube.

The nest is empty.
