12:45pm..............Ma and Pa mated..........they both trilled afterwards.

12:47pm.............Mating done with, Ma left the perch while Pa remained.

Hi, Jean, I was so tickled to watch Ma and Pa this afternoon. Gotta go as have food in the oven but wanted to stop in for a bit and happy I did.

Pa still on the branch enjoying the sunshine.

12:54pm................Not sure who this is on the far right tower..........looks small, but don't know, maybe an adult, may be Ma.

Thank you Sandy, I hope you were here long enough to see the mating! I have moved the WEST cam back to the nest as it is not responding to me right now.

1:03pm..........Pa remains on the branch, looking around. I am having issues with both zoomer cams so am putting both back on the nest for now.

Just managed to see Pa calling out.........Ma is likely out there flying around...........so he called and left the tree to meet up with her I would think.

I am OFF both cams.

2:39pm.......I have been trying to get the zoomer cams up for 10 minutes now.............no luck, so will keep trying but just saw Ma land in the nest with prey...........looks like something was chasing her. Unfortunately I cannot move the cams.

2:43pm........I am IN on both cams now!

Ma continues to call out and look around as she begins to take the feathers of her duck.

2:52pm......Something must be flying around..............Ma has called out several times while trying to eat.

2:59pm........Cams are nearly uncontrollable...........can't put them where they need to be to see what is going on...............intruder did show itself for a brief flash of time........no white tail, so not an adult eagle.

3:06pm.............Seems to be calm now.........Ma eating and making quick work of it. I heard trilling earlier, maybe Pa came to help her, but trying to move the cams right now isn't working so won't be checking for a bit.

3:10pm............Ma finished and went up onto a branch...........Pa came near her, so he was there I think, and then he went down to the nest to clean things up. Don't want leftovers to attract anyone else here.
