Delta2 2023 - 2024 Observation and Discussion Thread

8:38 am - one of the tower eagles just landed on the pole....I can't really see if there is one on the nest as the cam is shaking so much

8:47 am - the tower adult on the pole flew off to the left

8:54 am - found two eagles on the previous nest tree. Due to the lighting I can't tell if these are adults or not

9:03 am - the eagle higher up flew off to the left. I looked around but could not find them

[SueB]

9:10 am - the eagle came back in from the left and circled back to land up above the other eagle on the previous nest tree...still cannot tell if these are adults or not

9:19 am - the eagle up top of the previous nest tree flew off to the left again....and again I could not find them

9:25 am - as I was looking around I came across these three eagles flying in the east field area....lost them as the view through the cam right now is not clear enough due to the rain

9:26 am - still one eagle left in the previous nest tree.

I am now off the cams.

7:32pm someone is perched in the previous nest tree.

7:34pm they flew off from the prev. nest tree.

7:44pm someone on top of one of the poles to the right of the tower eagles.

7:48pm adult of the tower nest.

7:41 am - I am logged into the cams.


We have someone on the first tower

7:49 am - one of the Tower adults is on their nest

[SueB]

7:57 am - heard an eagle vocal and got the cam to the evergreen tree as someone was landing

It's difficult to see them after they landed as they are behind a branch - this is from the west cam

This shot is from the east cam

8:14 am - around this time heard the eagle vocals again....it's really hard to see the eagle in the evergreen tree but I assume they are still there.

8:20 am - there was still an eagle on the evergreen tree....and it was an adult....they flew off to the right at this time

Followed them around to the right to this point but then lost them....even with getting the east cam over to the previous nest tree

I assume this is them on the first tower. I had just check here a couple minutes before and no one was here.
