Good morning, Linux. It is wonderful to see Ma and Trooper together as they begin their day.

“Eagles: When they walk, they stumble. They are not what one would call graceful. They were not designed to walk. They fly. And when they fly, oh, how they fly, so free, so graceful. They see from the sky what we never see.” – Unknown

7:56 am both Ma and Trooper flew at the same time from the far right pole. There is an adult at the middle field tree who could be either Ma or Trooper.

8:00 am oh my goodness, a juvie is in the stick tree. Could be around two years old. How beautiful!

8:02 am so this juvie could be a three year old. Has a PS and then flies.

8:03 am the juvie or possibly a sub adult flew across the field. I lost them at the tree limb. Of course not sure but would like to think it could be one of Ma and Trooper's offspring.

8:12 am thinking Ma or Trooper are at the middle field tree. There is an eagle perched in that distant tree.

8:16 am an eagle is at the church cross, probably one of the bluff eagles.

8:16 am there is a pair of eagles at the pole left of the flag pole. Not sure who this pair is and would not really know unless we could follow them. If Ma and Trooper were to fly to the nest, we could verify they use this pole. But that is probably for another day.
8:17 am and there is this adult at the middle field tree who could be Ma or Trooper.
8:26 am logging off both cams. The two eagles at that left flag pole and the eagle at the middle field tree were still there. Not sure who they are but nice to see them.“Eagles: When they walk, they stumble. They are not what one would call graceful. They were not designed to walk. They fly. And when they fly, oh, how they fly, so free, so graceful. They see from the sky what we never see.” – Unknown

9:26 am a video of the young eagle's visit to the stick tree:
A young eagle's visit
A young eagle of maybe three years old is seen at the stick tree at Delta. Could this youngster be one of Ma and Trooper's and remember visits to the stick tree or one just passing through? We will not know but nice to think it could be. The young eagle flew from the tree across the field toward the west to parts unknown to us.

9:34 am - Good Morning Delta 2! Nice catch on the young eagle Sandy! So beautiful! I am logging into the cam. I did not see any nest visits since Sandy's last post.
Re: Delta2 2021-2022 Observation and Discussion Thread
9:39 am - hard to see clearly here but this is an adult on this pole that is way over to the left of the flag pole
Ma & Trooper....I assume....on the Delta Port pole
Re: Delta2 2021-2022 Observation and Discussion Thread
9:42 am - this looks like a hawk to me on the far right tower...seeing some white on the chest
And two large birds on the distant tower to the left....I wonder if this could be the Tower eagles as I have not seen them in their area
Re: Delta2 2021-2022 Observation and Discussion Thread
9:51 am - I'm not sure if this is an adult or not on the corner of this roof.....thought I saw a white head but the lighting is bad looking out this way....this is looking toward the south, beyond the area where we normally see ducks on the ground, to the left of the Bluff eagle nest.
Re: Delta2 2021-2022 Observation and Discussion Thread
9:57 am - Ma & Trooper just enjoying each others company....still on the Delta Port pole, looking out toward the port
Re: Delta2 2021-2022 Observation and Discussion Thread
10:04 am - Trooper landed in the nest with some straw in his talons....he was checking around the nest to be sure all the sticks were in the right place
