Oh Wow! Thanks for posting the tree pictures of the before and after the nest removal, Judy.

3:58 am logging into the east cam for a bit to pull some information.

Thank you for the updated pics of the old barn tree nest..

I am glad the tree was left for it can be a perching spot for Ma n Dm to roost in like Ma and Pa used to do when they had their original nest tree and they are still close to the new nest to keep watch...We called the tree the barn tree then if I recall..

Waiting for Ma n Dm.....patiently as Ma says, on her time as usual....

12:57pm......IN on West cam..........attempting to see.

Seeing some familiar areas.

This might be the field eagles tower..........not sure...........east field. It could be a tower we were not able to see before.

I'm showing both cams out. Are they working on them?
Thanks for the pics, especially the before and after nest tree.

1:23pm.....This looks like the old nest tree......if it is, we can clearly see the big branch that our adults sometimes perch on.

Hi Marilyn........I don't know if anyone is working on things today....could be just a blip.

These cams are new.........and very different. I can see it will take some time for zoomers to make an adjustment here.

1:30pm.....OFF West cam.

1:41pm.....IN on EAST cam.

Seeing the flag pole.

First pole and tower.
2.JPG
View of the nest showing the W cam at the right.
3.JPG
Conclusion: EAST cam was very choppy, sticking and freezing etc. Might need a bit more work to work smoothly.

I am now OFF the E cam.

I am hearing what sounds may be eagle calling?? it is 9:38 am nest time....Think it is birds in the new nest tree a chattering this am.

Maybe its my hearing wanting to think it..was loud..or it is a bunch of little birdies a chirping in sequence...sounding like eagle call..

know we still have time for them to return, couple weeks yet..

Good morning Linuxgw2! I listened around that time. Definitely a loud vocal small bird there, likely a Flicker and several starlings jumping under the nest and into it.

There may have been an eagle up top, but what I heard was very faint and because of that I cannot say it was an eagle. We certainly need to be watching more carefully now.

Cannot take the cams at this time. Will try to pop in later. :bye 1:
