4:49pm........Another adult came flying overhead of Ma and DM.....think this might have been one of the tower eagles as i notice one is gone from that tower now.

Our adult at the left flew off but turned and came back....soared above and then the mate flew with them too. That stranger eagle kept going to the right.

4:55pm.....There looks to be an eagle on the flag pole.........wouldn't be surprised if it is either Ma or DM. Don't know where the other one is at this time.

I am now OFF the cam.

Good evening everyone,

Can't beleive the season is almost over. Even though we have had not eaglets this season, it has been a pure joy to still watch our nest with Ma and DM she has chosen to be her mate in life. To see them carry on at the nest and being there to make sure all is secure..

Ma is a beautiful eagle and I love just watching her on camera perched on her throne, on the branch or nest taking in her territory knowing she has protected it well after all she has been through to dominate this is her nest and terrotory and her bonding with DM , he sure is a handsome fella. Ma has done well in picking her new mate and yes, Ma knows what she wants.
When Ma returns next year, she will have an new condo to look forward to, and hopefully she will approve and accept as her new home to continue to raise her young. we all will surely be watching when she returns from migration and keeping our fingers crossed Ma approves!!! I would so love to be there in person to see that momentum moment she returns to her new home and takes approval she accepts.

Sometimes things are a blessing and maybe it was to be that she take a year off from raising eaglets to focus on herself. Not the ideal situation we wanted , especially in our loss of Trooper and if he is around, I pray he has found a new mate to carry on in his legacy as well.

I will continue as I have all season watching until Ma leaves for vaca. and all the goings on with the new nest as well as watching the new nest and wait and wait for ma.s and DM return.

I want to do a shoutout to all the wonderful cam operator , Ken who keep our cams going and the wonderful volunteers who post here on forum, and David Hanock for giving us this gift of the cam to be a part of Ma world. I cannot thank you all enough for the hard dedicated work you all do her in honor of Ma and Dm to document thier life for us all to see and take note of all the goings on in their world. You as well deserve a vaca after ma and DM leave for vacation ..

Thank you, Thank you,

Linuxgw2

Thank you, Thank you...

6:54pm........Thank YOU Linuxgw2 for your kind words and support! Glad you are continuing to follow this nest and you are right that sometimes it is good for Ma to have a break. Things do have a way of working out in the end.

8:16pm I assume either Ma or DM at the evergreen although I have not noticed that white patch/feather on the front of either of them previously.
