Ken just called from Delta - and both zoomer cams should be working now!

I'll see if I can get either of them streaming to YouTube and the Live Cams page, but that may need to wait for him to get back to his place and his computers.

Thanks Judy...........E embedded cam remains off..........W embedded cam is black. But yes, both zoomer cams are back up and running now! Thank you Ken!! :woohoo: :ty:

I just did a slight adjustment of the zoomer cams so they are centered on the nest. No eagles there now.

Delta 2 East is streaming on our YouTube page but hasn't made its way to the Live Cams page yet.

Now I'll see if I can get the West embedded stream up.

Thank you Judyb for the update on the cams. and getting our cams up and running,
We know it takes work and patience.

Noted: E embedded cam is up and running on viewer site :) I like the big view of the
nest so am very happy!! W cam remains offline. :(

Wow what a day difference makes, the nest is getting lots of dry grasses.
they are working hard these past couple days. They have covered the big tree
branch that is in the middle of the nest. Great start to our season.

1:49 pm so just getting organized to see one of our eagles fly off the first tower. Had to go back to rollback to see which way they went and found an eagle at the flag pole. And just as I was posting the eagle at flag pole flew off and both cams went offline.

1:53 pm so it looks like both Ma and Trooper are at the first tower now. At least I think they are but the extra black spot maybe part of the tower?

1:57 pm wow, at the condensation on the east cam. Can barely see but one of the tower eagles is home upon a spike.

2:02 pm looks like a tower eagle is down close to where the nest typically is. At least I think I am seeing a white head. One is up on the spike.

2:05 pm well, my question is answered. An eagle flew by the cam and then on to the first tower. Now know that Ma and Trooper are both at the first tower. Yes, that is a thick black spot in the center of the tower.

2:16 pm got a clearer view of the tower nest with the west cam to see there are two eagles home, one on the spike and on at the nest. Ma and Trooper still at the first tower.

There is nothing on the rollback to indicate what this could be.

4:06pm.......It is getting very bright to keep looking at the first tower so will bring both cams back to this adult on the middle tower.........looks like Ma's body shaped but cannot be sure. That thing is too big to be feathers sticking out.

Have to leave in a few minutes.

Very strange, Jean - given how big eagles are, it would have to be something fairly big. It doesn't seem to be bothering the eagle - he or she doesn't seem to be preening the area or anything. Good catch seeing it that far away!

Hi Judy......yes, its a mystery. The eagle surely isn't holding it...............well, maybe it is.........we don't know. But it looks like it could be an evergreen branch....that is all I can think of. So odd.

We might not be able to see what it is until the eagle flies, but I will be leaving in a minute. And yes, the adult seems to be fine.

4:17pm.....Well, I need to leave.............so unless we have another zoomer availabel we likely won't see it fly off or what this thing is.

It seems to be such an unusual shape too.

4:29 pm either Ma or Trooper at the center tower flew. Not sure what the wonky look was on the left side but didn't seem to hinder flight.

4:42 pm so it looks like the eagle with a wonky "something" on the left side is now at the Delta pole. The lighting in the late afternoons isn't the best for sure.
