Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread

Embedded W cam back but not much of a rollback ... no visits to nest on it.
Looking at the evergreen tree, what a wet blobby mess.

Can't even get a good look at the stick tree.

No eagles or birds on poles or towers.

Wow!!! I'm so glad to see Trooper again!!! Just hanging around, waiting for Ma to show up. I'm so attached to these wonderful creatures!!!

4:46 pm - saw some bright white in the stick tree and then saw the yellow beak.....someone is here...could it be Trooper?

Eagle in the Fern tree!

I'm like you, i'm leaning toward it is Trooper perched in the fern tree. Where he always perched
last season with Shadow.

Good to know he is still around the nest area, Now where is our Ma, come back Ma we know
you were around few weeks ago.

The one where we were seeing the tail moved and then the cam swayed down so not sure if they are still there

Just got clear picture of tail. I say Troopers ! for Mas tips of her wing feathers go past her
tail a bit and these are within the tail. Trooper.. Just did a shake of feathers maybe to get some the rain off. But this is my observations.

Be nice if he would pop over to the nest for a brief visit. But this wind is crazy so I would
stay put too.

Great job cam operator staying on Trooper, for the cam is a bouncing like crazy.

but here it looked they were close with the head of one clearly visible, but the tale below seems to be of an eagle facing a slightly different direction. At moments I think two.. then think one.

I was thinking that same thing Rose, that they appeared to be facing different directions, but then when he moved it looked like only one. Still not sure either way, but right now it seems there is only one there.

Mmmmm, I'm wondering too if both Ma n Trooper are there perched side by side.

My face is right up to the screen with picture full screen. Trying to see if I cant get glimpse
of two beaks. looks like two white heads that move different times .

We will only know if they both make way to the nest.

5:21 pm - this is what is confusing matters....the eagle here is circled....but then by that arrow and also in other places there are leaves that appear whitish and then yellow leaves, and that makes it appear like there's another eagle there. But I'm not seeing the bright white anywhere else.

Had taken a quick look around a little bit ago and did not see anyone else.

For sure the circle is clearly an eagle... actually in this scap where you have the arrow doesn't even remotely seem like it's an eagle... clearly looks like leaves as you suggest.

5:34 pm - some of the strong gusts have subsided at times....our eagle is still in the stick tree

Our eagle is holding their position for the moment in the stick tree... going to take a quick look around the poles etc.

Nobody on poles or towers.
