6:17 pm thanks, Jean, for coming back and checking to maybe see Trooper again. I am off for the night. Exciting evening to see Trooper in the nest!

6:24pm.....Well, I think Trooper is long gone for the night now. Once Ma gets home we should be able to see more of them at this time of the day as they tend to stick around once both are here. There is no sign of Trooper anywhere.

So glad you are back Trooper! Welcome home! Now we wait for Ma to show.

Thanks Sandy for being here to catch Trooper and I'm so glad he came to the nest for you to catch that!

I am now OFF both cams.

Question:

The E cam is offline, the W cam is looking straight down at the nest up close. Is there a way to move the W cam up so we can see more like we do on E cam where it faces up and out looking over the nest to the fields? Until the E cam is back online.

Cannot see anything on W cam if Trooper and Ma come to the nest flying before they get to the nest.

Thank you, Linuxgw2

Good morning, Linux. It would be so nice but the position of the west cam in the nest tree (installed on the tree trunk on west side of the tree) is such that if it were pointed away from the nest the view is only of the field pointing toward the poles and towers. And then we would lose the view of the nest. The east cam is installed on the east side of the nest tree and so it gives us a view of incoming to the nest. Hopefully the east cam will be back online soon, especially since we know Trooper is back and soon Ma will follow.

7:53 am watching and thinking this eagle could be Trooper based on the shape of the shoulders and do not see Ma's ruffled feathers on her wing.

8:14 am so going to have to say I am not sure who is at the far right tower. Seeing some of those feathers sticking out away fromthe wing. Could this be Ma? Oh wish they would come to the nest so we can see. Anyway, not sure who is at the far right tower.
