7:31 am: Found parents on Center Tower & the pole next to it.
7:34: Bella sleeping, Coola preening.
7:36: Coola got up, flapped her wings a couple of times, then sat down to watch her surroundings & do a little preening.
It's a great event to get outside and enjoy nature. I find it very exciting no matter how many times I see bald eagles.

7:38 am: Isn't this romantic? Both parents on the same pole, next to Center Tower.
7:45 am: Ma flies.
Ma is now on a branch in nest tree. The romantic rondezvous is over. It's a great event to get outside and enjoy nature. I find it very exciting no matter how many times I see bald eagles.

7:54 am: A bird (maybe a crow?) keeps circling around Trooper.
Trooper leaves soon after I took the above pic. I searched around for him & went back to tree. Ma also left. It's a great event to get outside and enjoy nature. I find it very exciting no matter how many times I see bald eagles.

8:06 am: Found Ma in nest tree.
8:07 am: Trooper landed in nest. He wasn't carrying anything. Perhaps to check on eaglets. Ma is still on branch. He leaves within a minute. It's a great event to get outside and enjoy nature. I find it very exciting no matter how many times I see bald eagles.

9:13 am Bella and Coola just laying the nest. Checked the rollback and was offline about 30 minutes ago but nothing changed.

Are other people seeing that, or is it something strange with my computer? I also posted about it on Cams Down - viewtopic.php?f=66&t=33&p=201562#p201562.
And while I'm here....
5:38 am
Bella and Coola are awake and looking around.

And while I'm thinking of it - I love the new names! Not knowing much about BC, I checked out a map, and found the town of Bella Coola - and it's at the end of a long inlet and looks like a nice place for eagles to stop on their way north looking for salmon! Thank you, Jean, for organizing the naming contest, and thanks to everyone who took part and gave these lovely chicks such lovely names.
Good morning Judy! Our rollback currently goes to 8:28am........but I noticed that Joan said the cams went down at 8:03am............don't know for how long though so maybe the rollback reset at that time. Our cams did use to go back 4 hours so it would be great if we had that again!
I will be back in a while.

Hi, everyone! Getting ready to log back into cam. Looked through DVR since I was last on & nothing of significance occurred.
10:09 am: Heard an adult calling out off cam...sounds like from a branch on nest tree.

10:24: Something caught Ma's attention. She flew to the nest. Trooper arrives! He must have brought food, because Ma started feeding the eaglets right away. It's a great event to get outside and enjoy nature. I find it very exciting no matter how many times I see bald eagles.

10:24 am: Trooper leaves nest.
I am having problems viewing my scaps. Have to open them one at a time, which is very time consuming. May finish logging when I log off cams.
Ma is trading off on giving bites to each eaglet. Both eaglets got a huge bite, with them grabbing them quickly.
After the huge bites, Ma offered a bite that had a couple of pieces of grass on it to Bella several times, but Bella refused to take it. She offered it to Coola a couple of times & Coola finally took it. Maybe she thought Ma wouldn't give up. I am having problems viewing my scaps.
