Is it possible the tower eaglet was eating something around this time? Looks like there were bending over quite a bit.

Hi Rose! Yes, I think so...they were bending over quite a bit. That was good to see as they just seem to be hanging out on the tower. Assuming that the adult may have brought them something, but don't know for sure as no one was on the cam to see it.

10:16 am - found both Tower eagles...the adult is still on their left pole

And the Juvie is still on the tower...they could have been off in between the last post and now, but it appears they are eating something so either they caught themselves something to eat or the adult brought it in to them.

I looked everywhere that Trooper may be perched and I was not able to find him. The two Tower eagles were the only ones I found in view. I had also checked the rollback and no one has visited the nest.

10:27 am - I am off the cams at this time.
Hi Sue
Seems my post is redundant...before I posted I looked to see if someone else had posted but didn't see anything... Anyway I really hope the tower eaglet is eating. :luck:

12:52 pm - I am really having problems with this but feel like this is an adult on the Tower eagles' left tower.
2019-07-31 15_52_19-Greenshot.jpg
And this is definitely an adult on the Tower itself

1:04 pm - I have not found Trooper yet and have looked in all the places he would normally perch. Showing this one on the first tower again. Hard to tell what it is but still thinking it is too small to be an eagle....maybe a hawk

1:11 pm - I am now off the cams. I did not find Trooper anywhere. I think it was a hawk on the first tower, and the only others I found out there were the two Tower eagles....and thinking both of them were adults but hoping someone will check the W Cam rollback for the time I was on the cams last to double check for me.

Hi Sue........had a look at the rollback...........that was definitely 2 adults on the tower and the pole to the left of it. Their white heads were very visible. Likely both tower adults, although the one on the pole could possibly be Trooper. I would not bet on him though. The past few days he has been AWOL during the afternoon. He has been showing up in the later afternoon and evenings. Tonight should tell us if he is still here or not.

The other bird on the first tower............yes, could be a hawk. Don't know.
