3:58pm.........Not the best pictures but we don't have a rollback to catch fullscreen s'caps from right now.......Watched a bird flying from L to R......it disappeared when it came to this pole so I think it landed in that tower beyond the pole. Could not tell if it was an eagle.........might have been a hawk or something similar.

There is someone on the church cross........think maybe a hawk.
3.JPG
No eagles to be seen. It is a nice day here.

I am now OFF both cams.

Logging into the cams for a quick look around before dark.

I didn't spot any eagles.

7:12 logging off the cams.

12:24 pm - Good Afternoon Delta 2! Sandy, nice job finding that hawk on the evergreens!

I am logging into the cams.

12:34 pm - this appeared to be an eagle soaring around beyond the north pole (this is to the right of the Tower eagles' area

12:52 pm - this could be nothing.....of course when we are looking for our adults to return we (or maybe just I), seem to see things that look like adults.....this is on a pole beyond & to the right of the evergreen tree where our adults perch. This pole cannot be seen with the W cam as there is a branch blocking it.

This is a long shot of where that pole is located

I will keep an eye on this spot for a bit longer to see if it moves....in the meantime, sounds like we have some sort of small bird on the nest tree making some pretty sounds but I can't find them....I think they are up on the front of the tree where I can only see with the E Cam.

1:10 pm - caught the bird up in the nest tree....it is a flicker....looks like a orange/red tail, and can see the rosy red cheeks, so thinking this is a male northern flicker.

1:23 pm - this thing (?) is still at the pole beyond the evergreens but I'm starting to think the white spot may be on the container beyond there. I did not see it moving so will assume this was not an eagle.

8:49 am logging into both cams. Looks to be raining a bit. Welcome home, Sue.

8:52 am looks to be a hawk perched on the first tower. Didn't see any other birds but really messy and dreary out this morning. So all may be tucked in somewhere.
