Wakati eventually heads up to the perch before she leaves the nest area.


I'm going to leave them now... things are good here at the nest.

Wakati has been quietly resting, she eventually gets up and does a bit of preening.

Congo leaves from the perch...

leaving Wakati at the nest alone.

Wakati is still vocalizing even though she's laying down on the nest.

Wakati decides to take a load off her feet and lays down...

Wakati heads up to the perch...

There's a switch at the perch, Wakati leaves, Congo then goes to the perch and Wakati returns to the nest.

Congo gets impatient and leaves the nest ...


Returning within moments of leaving.

Wakati finds something else on the nest to pick at.

Wakati moves an old piece of bark and places it to the side of the nest.

8:28 am - still waiting...


Congo comes down to the nest - Wakati starts to pick on an older piece of fish left overs...
