I enjoy sitting on the bench across the pond from the nest and watch all the marsh activity. We’ve followed this nest from one nesting spot to another. Good reliable pair.

2 eagles were in and around the nest early 2022 then disappeared. No babies. Fall of 2022, 2 eagles in and around the nest again, very vocal. I’m hopeful of nesting to occur next nesting season

No adult eagles were seen here in 2022. A large youngster appeared dead in the nest end of 2021 season.

Holly let me know July 17 that both youngsters have successfully fledged from this nest.

Holly has let me know there are 2 lovely big youngsters upright in this nest, "lots of flapping and jockeying for position". First of the nests I follow with this activity going on, that I know of.

I've driven under this nest twice since my last post. No eagles have been seen in the nest tree nor around it, in the neighbourhood. There is activity in the heronry though.

My last visit to this nest was June 26. No eagle sights nor sounds. The only sighting I've had was of a lovely adult posted here March 11/22.

I have been to the nest 3 times since my previous posting. Have seen no sign of eagle activity at all. Most unusual for this couple.

After the last visit I posted, I saw both parents flying around, taking in food, feeding motion looking like it was going on. Beginning of April. Then after that there has been no sign of activity nor eagles when I've visited.

On June 26th I got reports from 3 neighbours that 2 adults were back, sitting in the structure, talking, then flying away. This went on for a few days then stopped again.
