My birding partner visited the nest site yesterday afternoon and was thrilled to see both eagles sitting in the nest

My birding partner visited both nests on Nov. 20th and the Royal Roads pair were both in their nest, adding nest materials, then perched together in their usual perch tree.

She did not see or hear any eagles at the Cottonwood Lane nest.

I visited the new nest that is close to Mount Douglas Park yesterday but did not see or hear any eagles in the area. She has seen the pair from the Sylvan Lane nest perched together on the marker on Trial Island. She also saw one of the eagles perched at the top of the tree opposite the Victoria Golf Course yesterday.
