Tonight about 6:45 I saw one eagle on a favourite branch.

This evening I saw MA and PA in the perch tree. I will post pics tomorrow.

Early this morning I saw one mature eagle in the old perch tree.

Hi Judy, we have squirrels, chipmunks and also lizards here where I live I have a picture I can send you that I took recently. of a lizard.




I checked the nest but no eagles there. 1:56pm

A few days ago (in the morning) I saw a mature eagle at the top of the nest tree.
Also spotted an eaglet in the nest later in the day it looked like it was eating (cannot tell if it is our Stalashen eaglet).

I was at Port Stalashen this morning and suspect that the young eagle perched in the same tree that I see the adults perch in there was the Stalashen fledgling :-) He/she called off and on for the half hour I was in the area before flying off in the direction of the nest / nest tree. I see the Stalashen eaglet is still in the area, I saw it yesterday on the old perch tree and later on a branch in the nest tree. This morning it was perched on a branch in the nest tree but at 10:23am I looked and it's not there... gone fishing maybe.

Hi Sandra, I just read back on these events today sorry I hadn't read it sooner. Did you notify Victoria?Remember the mitigation for the tree felling in West Sechelt, the Shoreline nest,I had notified them and also David Hancock was involved.

We have an empty nest.

Took a peek at 10:16 empty nest.

I looked also about that time gemini.....
btw I haven't seen any of my eagles in the Stalashen nest for a few days I believe they are gone also.
