1:48 pm in rollback, Rey is up again and tends to their egg. Rey is looking down and probably listening to the little peeps. 1:21 pm in rollback, Rey is up to give the egg a roll. Note; I am not getting on the cams for a bit longer.

1:12 pm Rey on duty.

12:55 pm in rollback, Brit flies. Hard to see the egg at a distance. Rey comes to the nest.

11:59 am in rollback, Judy mentioned hearing the little peeps and I had to go back and really listen. Having a TV going in the back ground doesn't help to hear little peeps. 12:34 pm Brit in the nest. 12:37 pm logging off both cams as need to run for a bit. Will check back in later. Will leave the north cam pulled in a bit.

Doing well just over 24 hours on the pip I am guessing that membrane would dry as well and just give way? Ryan, my thoughts would be that the chick will work its way through the right side/top and around that membrane as may harden. Looks like this little one is determined to get out of that shell....

From 11:59 am to 12:18 pm, can see the opening on the right side of the egg enlarge. The chick would push his/her head against the edge of the crack in the shell to create a larger hole.

12:19 pm Brit returns to the nest.

12:07 to 12:17 pm the chick is working hard to get out of the shell. Looks there is progress on the right side of the egg from when we first began watching. Certainly looks like a little fighter.

12:02 pm Brit flew and we get a good look at the egg. Can see where it is making some progress with the split down the right down of the egg shell. 11:49 Brit is aerating the nest bowl and had her back to us so we couldn't get a look at the egg this time.
